Setting up a Maven project is much simpler now with Eclipse Neon than it e.g. was with Eclipse Luna. – Nearly all these little annoying issues within the Eclipse setup are not required anymore – and only one little issue is left. Result: the documentation for the project setup was shortened and fun during setup is increased…!
